Transport from / to the airport:

We are very happy to pick you up from the airport and bring you back.
For this we charge R 1,200.00 (approx. € 95.00) per transport day.

Taxi & Transport

We work with a local transport company - taxi company.

R 1400.00 (approx. € 93.00) per day from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. will be charged.

The driver will drive you wherever you want and is only available to you.

A rental car is of course also necessary when planning!

The road network in South Africa is really well developed! The highways and most of the country roads are in really good condition. A small or medium-sized car is usually sufficient for this. BUT: Many roads that are off the beaten track and lead to the most beautiful places - especially on the Wildcoast - are not in a really good condition. It often pays to rent an SUV or off-road vehicle with a higher wheelbase. You can often get a small car from € 14.00 per day. An SUV or off-road vehicle costs more, but it is often worth it.

Please note, if you are traveling with more than 2 people, it will be very tight with your luggage!

A child seat is required for children! If you are stopped by the traffic police, you may have to pay R 1500.00 (approx. € 100.00). You can certainly book a child seat at the car rental company, but often there are not enough child seats available. Therefore, it is worth considering whether you bring one from Germany. Most airlines transport these free of charge. Please inquire with the airline beforehand.

During the main travel season from mid-December to around mid-January, it is often difficult or even impossible to rent a rental car for short-term bookings. Please take this into account when planning your trip!

Even if it is a few euros more expensive - definitely take it! the all-round carefree package! Including glass and tire insurance!
Unfortunately, damage to the windshield while you are on vacation cannot be avoided!
