Our general terms and conditions:

Reservation / booking:

• 50% deposit to secure and confirm a reservation

• the rest is paid in cash in the first days of the stay
  it can be paid in any currency.

• The following exchange rate on the site serves as the basis:
  http://www.oanda.com/lang/de/currency/converter/
  for the menu item interbank rate please + 3% (typical credit card rate)
  enter. This is where the exchange rate that applies to us comes out.

• Payment is made to a PayPal account or to a German account

Cancellation:

• 10% of the total amount will be withheld up to 180 days before arrival

• 50% of the total amount will be retained up to 30 days before arrival

• 75% of the total amount will be retained up to 15 days before arrival

• No reimbursement for 14 days, no-show or early departure
  In the event of cancellation, the credit will be issued within 14 days
  We recommend travel cancellation insurance

Liability:

The stay at the Pure Nature Familodge,
as well as the use of the entire facility is at your own risk!
Of course, this also applies to children.
We can of course not accept liability for animals (domestic and wild animals)
and assume their damage.

Particularities:

We live on a farm in South Africa. Everything is a little different here.
For example: We get the water from a borehole. It may be,
that it can be slightly brownish ...

We do not recommend drinking the water-
it is completely harmless to brush your teeth.

In the accommodations we provide water containers free of charge.
We work with solar power in the accommodations.

In some accommodations, however, we only have 12 volt connections.

Unfortunately, batteries, cell phones, etc.

not possible. We are happy to charge your devices in our main building.
